Post-Mold Perfection — Laying It All Out

Post-Mold Perfection — Laying It All Out

Fresh from the molds, the parts don’t go straight into bags. First, they’re sorted, inspected, and prepared for packing.

At this stage, every piece is still being watched. Parts are spaced out on the belt, making it easier for visual and machine inspection. We look for flashing (extra material), slight warps, surface blemishes, anything that doesn’t meet our standard.

Whether it’s a matte black tile, a clear crystal casing, or a soft ivory curve, every piece passes through this lineup before becoming part of your final build.

This step isn’t just production. It’s commitment.
