This is where every AreaX brick begins its life. Heated ABS resin is injected into precision-engineered steel molds under high pressure, then cooled and ejected in a matter of seconds. Each click, each shape, each function is decided here.

Every mold is calibrated down to fractions of a millimeter. That’s how we get crisp edges, tight fits, and pieces that stay true across thousands of repetitions.

After release, parts slide onto a conveyor belt, smooth, sharp, and slightly warm. From there, the magic continues.
